How can I manage users and permissions on the platform?
Adding and Managing Users: The Organization Admin can add new users, modify access levels, approve external users, and delete users from the platform. Users can add existing team members to specific materials with access rights to review, edit, or perform other tasks. All users and their roles can be managed and viewed through the platform settings page.
Yes, external users can be added with restricted access. This applies to individuals both inside and outside the organization. The Admin can adjust their access permissions as needed.
The Admin can easily add or remove users and modify their access levels directly from the settings page.
Each user is assigned a role during onboarding that determines their access level. These roles—Admin, Standard User, and Restricted User—can be changed by the Org Admin at any time to ensure appropriate access.
