Create an Interactive Presentation

This guide walks you through the process of creating an interactive presentation, from generating your first draft to adding interactive elements that enhance the viewer experience.

1. Start a New Project

Navigate to the Start new project page to begin.

Select Interactive Presentation as your channel, then choose the use case that best fits your needs.

Available options include:

  • Product Demo
  • Interactive Training
  • Guided Walkthrough

Next, choose:

  • The language for your content
  • Your target audience

2. Add Your Data

You can provide source content in several ways:

  • Upload files
  • Paste raw text
  • Select existing content from your Library

Once selected, your data will appear below and be used to generate your presentation.

You can also use the Optional context field to provide additional instructions, key messages, or tone-of-voice guidance. This helps the AI generate more tailored results.

3. Generate Your Presentation

Click the Go button to submit your request.

While the system processes your data, you can browse the suggested templates or explore additional templates matching your selected use case.

Once you’ve chosen a template, click Use selected template. After a short moment, your presentation will open in the Editor.

4. Edit and Customize Your Presentation

Inside the Editor, you can review and refine your content using the top toolbar.

Available tools allow you to:

  • Add and edit text
  • Upload images
  • Create tables
  • Insert shapes
  • Add links
  • Access additional editing features

This gives you full control over both the content and layout of your presentation.

5. Add Information Layers

Information layers allow you to provide additional details without overcrowding your slides.

To create one:

  • Select a text element.
  • Click Add information layer in the top toolbar.
  • An information icon will appear next to the selected content.

You can manage the layer from the right sidebar by adding:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Tables

Changes are saved automatically, and you can add up to eight information layers per project.

You can also customize the information icon by adjusting its size and color using the Frame and Color settings in the right sidebar.

6. Add Explanations

The Explanation feature lets you provide definitions or additional context for important terms within your presentation.

To create an explanation:

  • Open the Explanation tab in the right sidebar.
  • Click the plus (+) button.
  • Enter the term and its description.
  • Click Save.

The selected term will appear underlined in your presentation. When viewers click it, the explanation opens in a popup.

You can also create explanations by highlighting text directly within your content and adding the description from the popup window. To make changes later, simply edit the explanation in the sidebar and save your updates.

7. Preview and Export

Before publishing your presentation, click Preview in the top toolbar to review the final experience and test all interactive elements.

If everything looks as expected, return to the Editor and click Export to download your finished presentation.
