Learn how to log in to Visual Abstract and navigate the homepage landing page effectively.

Log in and Homepage

This guide walks you through the first steps of using the platform — from signing in to creating your first project.

1. Sign In or Create an Account

On the sign-in screen, enter your email and password, then click Sign in. If you don’t have an account yet, click Create account to get started.

2. Set Up Your Team Space

After signing up, you’ll be asked to create your team space.

Provide:

  • Your company or team name
  • A workspace name
  • Your organization email address

Then confirm you’re human and click Create team space. A confirmation email will be sent to your organization email address.

3. Open the Start New Project Screen

Once inside the platform, you’ll land on the Start new project screen. This is your main workspace where you can begin creating content. At the center of the page, you’ll find the chat window used to define what you want to create.

4. Define Your Content

Start by selecting a channel:

  • Email
  • Print
  • Social Media
  • Presentation
  • Interactive Presentation 

Next, choose a use case. Each channel offers formats tailored to your selection.

Then select:

  • The language for your content
  • Your target audience


5. Add Your Data

You can add source content in three ways:

  • Upload files
  • Paste raw text
  • Select content from your library

Once selected, your data will appear below and will be used during content generation. 


6. Add Optional Context

The Optional context field allows you to provide additional instructions for the AI.

You can add:

  • Tone of voice
  • Key messages
  • Specific requirements


7. Generate Your Content

Once everything is ready, click the Go button.

The system will begin processing your data automatically.

While processing is running, you can:

  • Choose a suggested template
  • Browse additional templates matching your use case

Once you’ve selected a template, click Use selected template.


8. Open the Editor

After a short moment, your project will open in the Editor.

Here, you can review, refine, customize, and export your final content. 


You’re Ready to Start

That’s it — your workspace is now set up and you’re ready to create your first project.
